Revive Ministries UK – Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions

Applicable for Mobile Stage, LED Wall, and Generator Hire

1. Quotation & Booking

• A written quotation will be provided via email by Revive Ministries UK.

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total hire fee is required to secure your booking.

• Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.

• The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid no later than 3 days before the event date.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining hire balance.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date or termination by Police or Local Authorities will be charged the full hire amount.

3. Insurance & Risk Assessment

• A Risk Assessment and Revive Ministries UK’s insurance documents will be provided once the deposit is received.

• The hirer must supply a valid Public Liability Insurance certificate upon booking confirmation.

4. Care of Hired Equipment

• The hirer assumes full responsibility for the care, safekeeping, and return of the hired equipment in good condition.

• Any damage, loss, or misuse during the hire period is the hirer’s responsibility and must be fully covered, including any associated financial losses until the equipment is repaired or replaced.

5. Site Access & Delivery Conditions

• A heavy-duty towing vehicle will be used for delivery and collection.

• Revive Ministries UK is not liable for any property damage during access, delivery, or collection.

• For events on grass or unpaved sites, the hirer must ensure suitable access and will be responsible for any ground damage.

Additional Terms for Mobile Stage Hire

6. Wind & Weather Conditions

• The mobile stage is stable in wind conditions up to 15 m/s (34 mph). In higher winds, mesh curtains must be removed.

• An anemometer will be supplied, and the hirer must monitor wind conditions as instructed.

7. Ground & Space Requirements

• The stage can accommodate unlevel ground up to 0.3m. Please select a stage position accordingly.

• Minimum access clearance: 2.65m wide x 3.65m high.

• A minimum of 20m turning space is required for setup.

8. Site Evaluation

• Our team is experienced with tight site access, but site photographs or a pre-site visit are strongly recommended for challenging locations.

• If unsure about space or access, please request a site inspection prior to booking.

9. Booking in a Company Name

• If the booking is made under a company name, the details of an individual representative must be provided who will be personally responsible for the equipment’s use and payment, should the company default.

10. Updates to Terms

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

• The most current version will be included with your booking invoice.
